A services company in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join their team as an HR Manager.

Responsibilities

The HR Manager will:

• Investigate employee issues and conflicts according to HR Law
• Process payroll on a weekly basis
• Ensure organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies
• Provide support to the company's Learning & Training programs
• Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Maintain employee benefits, vacation, and sick leave; maintain and organize employee data and records
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 4 years of related HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or a related field
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

• Working knowledge of Paychex
